Liability Release: 

By ticking the above box (under Liability Release), I agree for myself and if applicable members of my family, that in exchange for participation in classes offered by Go Pawsitive, LLC and it's employees and use of the property, facilities and services of Mason &  Dixon Kennel Club to the following:
 Assumption of Risk and Release:  I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above described activity and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members and (if applicable) my dog, and further release and discharge Go Pawsitive, LLC (and it's employees), Jessica Miller and Mason &  Dixon Kennel Club, for any injury, loss or damage arising from my use of or presence upon the facilities of Mason &  Dixon Kennel Club.  I recognize that dogs will be present at classes and that though precaution will be taken to ensure safety of all participants and animals, it is the responsibility of each animal's owner to handle their dog and to inform Go Pawsitive employees of any existing behavioral issues.
I hereby agree to indemnify, compensate, and hold harmless Jessica Miller, Go Pawsitive, LLC, Mason &  Dixon Kennel Club and their volunteers and employees, and/or agents from any and all claims that may be asserted against them by any person(s) as a result of any action by me or my dog (if applicable) that causes injury and/or damage.
